Warranty & Returns


At Tenqa, we stand behind all of our products and we will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied.

That's why we have a 1-year "No Worries" warranty.  If your Tenqa product is broken, just follow the instructions below and we will get you reconnected with your music in no time at all.

Please use our contact form on this page and tell us your name, shipping address and the name and color of the product you would like replaced.

Then, ship the product to the following address with your name and shipping address clearly marked on the outside of the package:

Once we receive your return, your new item is usually on its way within a couple of days.  The whole process should take around 2 weeks.


Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless your item is defective. If it is defective,  please consult our warranty process instructions above (excluding return shipping costs).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 14 days.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at warranty@tenqa.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace your item if it is defective or damaged by us.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us using the form on this page and we will instruct you to send your item to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
