Pairing the HP-109
When initially pairing, the device needs to be placed in pairing mode by following these steps.
1. Hold down the phone button for about 6 seconds and you will see the indicator light flash half red/half blue and hear a tone.
Here’s where you may be experiencing the problem….
2. CONTINUE HOLDING the button after step 1 until you hear another tone and then the red and blue light flash intermittently. This indicates the device is in pairing mode.
You may not be holding down the button long enough. Remember to continue to hold the button after the first tone and light flash.
